INSTRUCTIONS

Shagufta is unable to accept returns on any products unless it is a damaged product.
Shagufta will not provide the option of exchange for any reason including colour mismatch or exchange for size.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product.
You must email us at shaguftarahimofficial@gmail.com about any damaged items in your shipment within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange/ store credit on a case-by-case basis.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of Shagufta. A cancelled order will result in a credit to the user’s credit card/account.

Refunds will be processed in the form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
